Official statement: change of company name
Bawabat Ishtar Contracting Co. announces that its trade name has officially changed to:
Sarh Bawabat Al-Imar General Contracting Co.
The change was approved by the board of directors and by resolution of the general meeting attended by all shareholders. It takes effect from 1 September 2026.
What changes
The company's trade name only. The new name is being applied progressively to official correspondence, documents, contracts, signage and visual identity.
What does not change
The company remains the same entity, with the same legal personality, staff and management. Accordingly:
- Existing contracts remain in force with no need for renewal or re-signing
- Contractual rights and obligations toward clients, suppliers and contracting parties are unaffected
- Ongoing projects continue with the same teams and agreed programmes
- The company's standing with official bodies is unaffected by the change

We ask clients, suppliers and contracting parties to use the new name in correspondence and official communications from this date. The company's contact channels remain unchanged.
